空间望远镜主镜面形静态控制方法

Abstract空间望远镜分块式主镜的面形由其背后布置的若干致动器进行高精度控制。为了提高面形控制精度,设计了基于主镜面形非线性模型的模型预测修正法和非线性最小二乘法。并应用BP神经网络建立了主镜面形和致动器作用力之间的逆模型,提出了神经网络非线性逆控制法。仿真结果表明应用这三种方法对空间望远镜进行在线控制,控制精度均优于线性最小二乘控制法。
