Abstract中国区域定位系统(Chinese Area Positioning System,CAPS)拟采用比地球静止轨道(Geostationary Earth Orbit,GEO)高150 km至300 km的倾斜高圆轨道(inclined Highly Circular Orbit,iHCO)通信卫星组建全球导航通信星座。基于全球范围内的卫星测控网分布情况,分析了测控站对倾斜高圆轨道卫星的可见性,提出测控站布局的优化方案,并研究了站星链路的方位角、俯仰角和距离特性。
