用改进和拓展后的范成法铣磨凸凹非球面的原理和精度分析

Abstract用靠模方法铣磨非球面面型,精度和速度都很差。传统的范成法虽然铣磨效率高、速度快,但只能铣磨出球面,而不能铣磨出非球面。本文提出了一种改进和拓展了的范成法。基于范成法的原理,借助于现代计算机控制的高精度数控技术,就可以快速、高效、高精度地铣磨出非球面的面型。
