空间太阳望远镜的星载固态存储器研制

Abstract空间太阳望远镜有五个载荷仪器,其每天产生的数据达1728GB,数据流以固态存储器为核心在星上数据处理系统各单元间调度,完成缓存、压缩、存储和下传.本文分析了对固态存储器的需求,建立了其状态机模型,并确定了总体设计方案.根据该方案用DSP和FPGA构成控制逻辑,用DRAM芯片阵列构成存储模块,制做的地面原理样机对系统功能进行了模拟和验证.
