基于有限元法的主镜底支撑的优化分析

Abstract如何确定镜子的最佳支撑方式,来保证最优的镜面面形精度,这在天文望远镜的光学成像系统中具有重要的意义.应用了有限元分析方法分析了镜面的变形,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中高级优化模块(OPT模块)以镜面变形最小为优化目标对主镜底支撑进行了优化设计.以九点浮动底支撑的优化作了实例分析,并与传统经验法的计算结果进行了对比分析,结果表明文中所采用的优化方法具有较大的优越性.
