板料拉深成形数值模拟关键算法的比较

Abstract在板料拉深成形过程的数值模拟中显式算法和隐式算法是两种主要的有限元算法.板料拉深成形是一个准静态的变形过程,静力隐式算法是比较合理又相对精确的方法,但计算费时,需要大量的计算机内存空间;动力显式算法计算效率高且占用的存储空间少.本文分别用基于静力隐式算法的软件ANSYS和基于动力显式算法的软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了板料拉深成形过程,并通过与实验值相比较,验证了模拟结果的正确性.
