考虑接触间隙的fast节点轻量化分析

Abstract针对射电望远镜FAST节点受力大、设计寿命30年、高空野外使用、后期维护不便、安全性要求高的特点,提出了两种节点方案。为降低节点自质量,分析选取了铸钢及锻造节点材料,计算了极限状态法与许用应力法的强度准则,研究了考虑间隙的接触应力计算方法,推导了满足销轴装配空间的数学表达式,并以此作为优化设计的约束条件,建立了节点参数化APDL程序模型,完成了节点轻量化有限元分析,并对比了两种节点方案。结果表明,两种节点质量分别减低了11%,10%。该研究为后续节点疲劳分析及样件研制提供了参考。
